Over the years, we’ve hosted casual family photoshoots, acoustic music shows, lectures on a variety of topics, painting and other craft evenings, and hands-on educational classes. Beginner Sourdough Class
Mt Prospect Location
April 2nd, April 16th & May 14th
Join us for an in-depth sourdough class for any level! This class will cover how to feed and care for your sourdough starter, learn all the steps of sourdough bread making, and discover new ways to use all that starter. During this class, you will sample sourdough bread, scones, holiday desserts and focaccia. Leave with a starter, recipe cards and the confidence to make your own sourdough goods!

Silent Book Club

Wouldn't it be great to have a book club where you could just enjoy books, friends, and drinks—without any homework?
At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading! All readers are welcome—ebooks, audiobooks, textbooks, comic books... it's BYOBook. SBC is a free event and supports local businesses. Friends and strangers gather at a set time and location, order food or drinks, share what they're reading, and settle in for an hour or so of sustained silent reading. At the end of the hour, attendees can socialize—or not!
Silent Book Club is about community. Everyone is welcome, and anyone can join!

Embroidery Workshop
w/ And Sew On…Stitch Studio

Join us for an evening of art and creating with And Sew On Studio. Learn basic hand embroidery stitches with hands on instructing and make a sampler to take home.
All supplies are included: just show up, have fun, and learn a new skill!

Sound Frequencies Sound Bath
April 22nd, 7:00pm -8pm

Join us for a relaxing sound meditation class. Using crystal singing bowls for deep relaxation, stress relief, and spiritual growth, you will leave each session with a new sense and relaxation
What to Expect:
Immersive Experience: Uses instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a sonic soundscape.
You can choose to lie down or sit if you prefer. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. A pillow and eye mask are optional but may make you more comfortable. prefer to lay down.
